Its ok and i am 14 turning 15. Life will go on just hang in. You will serve this. You will live. You will have hope. this is what my friend told me when I was abused at schooled and when I flipped a 4-wheeler/ATV and was letting myself dye. But every time a see her theres no way to thank her. She is my hold to this life. Find your hold.

I have my hold and I am living trust me. Its just with all the shit going on its really hard to handle everything at once.
Great keep your hold. I can’t say know exactly what your going through, but I know some of it. What you need to do is take a hot bath not shower, bath. And sit there and relax. listen to good music not end of the world stuff hahaha sorry bad experience, then take a nap. When you wake up eat some eggs and drink some milk. It should help.
