Diary For Teens Privacy Settings

July 10, 2011 in General Posts, Site Features

Hi fellow diary for teens users! I wanted to take a moment to remind you that every user has the ability to restrict who can view their posts by using the privacy settings. Once logged in click on “My Account” at the top and then “Privacy”. It is important to know that your posts are by default showing up under the activity stream as well as on your profile page to all viewers. You do have the ability to restrict who can view your posts. Please take a look at these settings if this is a concern.

On a different note, Emmalie ( @emmalie ) will be closing her account on DiaryForTeens.com. Please take a moment to say good by as she has really contributed to our site. I think we can all agree she has a true gift and she was kind enough to share some of her talent with us here.

Please contact me if you have any questions about the privacy settings.

Little Siblings, A Blessing or just an Annoyance?

August 7, 2008 in General Posts

Okay, so I have a little brother and he can be REALLY annoying but I wouldn’t trade him for anything. Sometimes I feel like I wish I could away from him, but most of the time we have a blast! We do the funniest things! We play off each others jokes, we play games that I miss from when I was little. We even goof around with accents like we say “Vat? Vat u say?!” ALL the time and it always makes us laugh. We also LOVE salad fingers!!

We tease each other by saying “I love rusty spoons” in a funny British accent that also cracks us up. We play Call of Duty when I am babysitting and we scream like little girls when we get killed. We giggle like little girls when we have a secret plan. I can act like myself (a total goofball) around him and he loves it! I love him and even though he can whine a lot, and waste food I wouldn’t let him go for anything!!
